Innoscentia

Innoscentia is one of the companies that participate in the Open Lab Skåne project. Innoscentia have a lab space at the Material science & Chemistry site att Malmö university and they also collaborate with researchers within Open Lab Skåne. Innoscentia develop printable sensor technologies for the detection of certain volatile food compontens that indicate the degredation of food. They have developed a sensing technology for meat packages that can reveal the actual status of the packaged product.
